Abstract:

Skene’s glands are a pair of female paraurethral glands with similar embryologic, physiologic, and pathologic features to the male prostate. Cysts and abscesses represent the most common pathological changes affecting Skene’s gland, whereas adenofibromas represent an extremely rare entity. Herein, we present a rare case report of adenofibroma in the Skene’s gland of a postmenopausal female.
